Compensation
Overrides are paid in basis points (bps) on the loan amount when loans close. 1 bps = 0.01%.

On every $400,000 loan, Rize pays up to 110 bps ($4,400) in overrides, shared across up to seven levels. When it's your production, you earn $2,000. When it comes from anywhere in levels 2–7 of your organization, you earn $400.
